Rachel Kittle - Preschool
Rachel Kittle has been working at Oak Lane since 1995. She started
out in the Infant / Young Toddler room and then moved on to
the Older Toddler room. Over the past few years she has been
taking turns teaching the Older Toddlers and Preschoolers. She
enjoys both age groups and welcomes the change from year to
year. Her creativity becomes evident when she involves the children
in a range of art projects. She believes in the importance of
spending as much time outdoors as possible and doesn’t shy away
from dressing all the children in their winter gear to go play
in the snow. Born in Syracuse, NY, she now lives in West Chester
with her husband Bob and their 4 children. Jacob, Alula, Zane
and Chloe have all attended Oak Lane. |

Sheila Reaves - Infants / Young Toddlers
Sheila Reaves has been a part of the Oak Lane staff as the Infant and Young Toddler teacher since 1996. Most of this time she has worked side by side with the former director and friend Juliet Lane. Previously, she was an Administrative Assistant to the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at the University of PA School of Medicine. She has also been a Sunday school teacher to 3-5 year olds at her church. Besides her desire to provide loving care to the children at Oak Lane, she enjoys motherhood, sports and music. |

Savannah Dillon - Infants / Young Toddlers
Savannah White joined the Oak Lane staff in the fall of 2007
and is working in the Infant / Young Toddler room. She has been
working in the Early Childhood Education field for over many
years and also has experience working one on one with special
needs children. She graduated from Elk Lake High School in 2005
with high honors. She currently lives in Kennett Square with
her husband Marty. Savannah loves the arts and spends a lot
of her free time playing guitar and acting in theatre and films.
She comes from a big family with 4 younger brothers, which she
says is probably why she loves working with children so much.
